Open the box and find your tracker, magnetic charging dock, collar clips, and quick start guide. Charge the tracker for 2 hours before first use using the included USB-C dock.

Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn on your tracker. Then scan the QR code on the tracker to pair it with the app.
Add your pet's information: name, breed, photo, ... You can add multiple pets and assign each one its own tracker. Profiles help personalise your tracking experience.
Slide the silicone clips through your pet's collar. MyTreki fits collars up to 25 mm wide. The device weighs just 34 g — your pet won't even notice it. We recommend using a safety collar designed to reduce the risk of strangulation.
